Fee charged but no confirmation, can't submit, or Paystack threw an error. Send the reference if you have one — we can almost always find your payment.

Things we get asked

Four questions we get most often — and where to find the answer faster than we can type it.

“How do I apply?”
The whole flow is on the How it works page, and live cycles are on Grants. No need to email — apply directly.
“Can you refund my fee?”
Application fees are not refundable once Paystack confirms — we say this on the form before you pay. The About page explains why.
“Have I won the grant?”
If you have, we'll call you on the WhatsApp number you submitted. We never DM first. If a stranger says you've won and asks for a fee, it's a scam — report and ignore.
“Will you fund my exact project?”
Cashogi runs open-application cycles by category — we don't take bespoke pitches over email. Wait for the matching category to open and apply.
